It will take us the whole day to get to Navarre, Florida where my aunt lives, so the first night we won't really be doing anything but sleeping! The second day however, I'd like to travel to nearby cities and beaches to see what's new in the area. I want to go shopping at the outlets and of course my aunt will be willing to buy me a few gifts! She will be taking care of the driving for this portion of the trip because whenever she has guests, she treats them very well. The whole time we are in Navarre, we probably won't spend a dime because she is such a great hostess!
There is this place called Juana's Pagoda that I visit everytime we go to Navarre. It is a locals' bar in the winter with really great food, drinks, and music. I definately want to hit this bar up every night. It doesn;t look like much, but it's pretty fun!
This beach is beautiful and I think this stop with your Aunt will be great! I like how you are taking a different route back from NYC, that way you will get to see more of our country and visit different cities. Your road trip sounds very fun!
